Your responsibilities

Customer-Centric Revenue Generation

  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing larger and international clients through a deep understanding of their business processes.
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with the specific needs and goals of each client and to meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to clients.

Process Optimization

  • Analyze current internal processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Implement process enhancements that directly impact efficiency and client satisfaction and success.

Implementation Oversight

  • Oversee the implementation of products/services, ensuring alignment with client processes and expectations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  • Proactively address client issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction

Customer Success Initiatives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns.
  • Propose initiatives that directly contribute to the success and satisfaction of our clients.
  • Foster a culture of client-focused collaboration within the organization, for example giving consultant training and coaching, emphasizing a customer-centric approach in communication and service delivery.

Customer-Centric Business Case Development:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of business processes specific to Retail companies, with a keen focus on our clients' operations.
  • Craft persuasive business cases tailored to the unique needs and challenges of individual clients.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts, and provide feedback to management on market developments.
  • Present business cases to internal stakeholders, emphasizing the direct impact on customer success and revenue growth.

What's your profile?

  • Proven experience in account management, with a track record of customer-centric revenue generation.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Exceptional understanding of business processes in international Retail companies.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French, German would be an advantage.
