Responsibilities

Administrative Excellence:

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks with precision, including but not limited to document preparation, record-keeping, and reporting.
• Ensure documentation adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional appearance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Sales, Finance)
• Support the management team by providing accurate and timely reports and basic financial analyses
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Contribute to data-related tasks in different tools (Hubspot, Teamleader orbit,…)
• Assist in invoice follow-ups, basic controlling tasks, and basic financial reporting.
• Aid in the creation of proposals and contract drafting based on existing templates.
• Assist in compiling status reports from various tools, contribute to weekly sales team activity dashboards.
• Support in the creation, evaluation and closure of project by gathering and organizing data.
• In general, provide high quality administrative support

What’s your profile?

• Familiarity with finance, margins, costs and revenue.
• Proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Results-oriented mindset to drive successful outcomes and meet organizational goals with precision and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Profound knowledge of MS excel (incl Pivot tables) 
• Familiarity with HubSpot or Orbit and other relevant software is advantageous.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
