Our recent breakthrough, "ChargePlanner" (visit chargeplanner.ai), is a cutting-edge solution that aids European charging point operators like Total Energies, Engie, Shell, Avia, and others in making informed decisions regarding the optimal locations for new EV charging stations.
To propel the success of ChargePlanner and drive our business forward, we are in search of a Business Manager. If you possess a keen interest in E-mobility and can leverage your expertise in new business development, account management, and customer success, you could play a pivotal role in elevating our company to new heights. Your responsibilities
New business management
- Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities within the market.
- Craft compelling pitches and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our ChargePlanner.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of business processes specific to e-mobility, with a keen focus on our clients' operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging client needs.
- Present business cases to internal stakeholders, emphasizing the direct impact on customer success and revenue growth.
Customer-Centric Revenue Generation
- Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing larger and international clients through a deep understanding of their business processes.
- Develop and execute strategies that align with the specific needs and goals of each client and to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to exceed set goals.
Coordinate Internal and External Sales Processes:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to the sales process and during implementation.
- Facilitate effective communication and information flow between internal teams, ensuring a unified approach in addressing client needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire sales cycle.
- Provide comprehensive support and information to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.
Client Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value of our products/services to clients.
Customer Success Initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and concerns.
- Propose customer success initiatives to enhance overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address post-sales challenges and opportunities.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align new business efforts with overall company goals.
- Collaborate on the development of marketing materials and strategies to support new business generation.
What's your profile?
- Proven experience in business development, account management and customer success, with a track record of customer-centric revenue generation.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven experience in the dynamic field of E-mobility, with a deep understanding of its business landscape.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Fast learner with a comprehensive understanding of high-end data and AI solutions.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities, ensuring effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Results-oriented personality, with a commitment to achieving international goals.
- Willingness to frequently travel throughout Europe to visit local offices, meet potential partners, or engage with international customers.
- A connecting team player who believes in fostering strong, people-driven company cultures.
- Fluent in Dutch and English, proficiency in French or German would be advantageous.
