About us

RetailSonar is building Europe’s leading AI-driven SaaS platform for location intelligence optimizations, helping retailers and service companies make better, data-driven location decisions. Using advanced data, predictive models and location intelligence, our state-of-the-art software helps companies decide where to open new locations, how to optimize their networks and how locations will perform before they invest. Based on our knowledge of location intelligence, we’ve created a new platform, ChargePlanner, to support Charge Point Operators determine where best to install charging stations and get the most ROI out of their investments. 


We already have offices in four countries (Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany) and we are preparing for further scaling up towards European market leadership. To turn our ambitious plans into reality, we are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people to join our strong implementation team.

About you

  • You hold a master’s degree in an economic, or business-related field with exposure to data or analytics (e.g. Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Informatics).
  • You have a passion for data processing (SQL, Excel, Python, ...)
  • You are confident communicating with a wide range of customer stakeholders, including senior leaders at international customers.
  • You enjoy delivering engaging training sessions and presenting insights in a clear, business-oriented way.
  • You take ownership of customer value and retention by actively engaging clients, aligning platform capabilities with their strategic goals, and consistently exceeding expectations through proactive support and insight.
  • You have excellent English communication skills. Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.
  • You care about your customers and build strong relationships with them.
  • You have an eye for detail and have a passion for translating data into easy-to-grasp customer insights.
  • You are a self-starter who can work independently.

What does your typical day look like?

  • Your daily tasks include the configuration of our platforms, validating and analysing data, building models and guiding our customers towards an optimal network of their stores.
  • You translate analytical outputs into clear business recommendations for their location-related and strategic business questions.
  • You support projects from kick-off to delivery and work closely with the project team to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • You ensure customers successfully adopt the platform by combining training with proactive follow-up, identifying opportunities for deeper usage, and supporting them in embedding it into their daily operations.
  • You go the extra mile to ensure that our customers are happy and get the maximum out of our solution.
