Are you an ambitious commercial leader who enjoys building scalable pipeline generation in a hands-on way? Do you know how to lead and coach a remote SDR team, structure outbound efforts, and explore new revenue channels such as partnerships or agents? Then you might be our next Sales Development Manager.
As Sales Development Manager, you are end-responsible for pipeline generation and the first stages of our revenue funnel. You lead and coach our international SDR team and ensure strong alignment with Sales, Marketing and overall company growth objectives.
You will also play a key role in designing and piloting new sales channels (e.g. partnerships, agent models), in close collaboration with our VP Sales. You have a positive and collaborative working style and, with your drive, structure and enthusiasm, you help build a scalable and predictable revenue engine.
This role requires occasional travel to our offices in Ghent, Utrecht, Paris and Hamburg, where our SDR team members are based.
You define and execute a scalable sales development strategy aligned with sales, marketing and company objectives.
You Lead, coach and develop the SDR team, set targets, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
You own outbound motion, messaging, cadences and segmentation to generate a high-quality pipeline.
Your ensure efficient qualification and handover of inbound leads in close collaboration with sales.
You optimize sales development processes, CRM usage and reporting to improve efficiency and transparency.
You make sure there is a strong cross-functional collaboration by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product and in order to ensure a consistent go-to-market approach.
You are responsible for exploring, designing and piloting new revenue channels such as partners, agents or resellers, including defining processes, incentives and KPIs.
You stay close to the market and understand the customer needs and are able to translate these insights into improved messaging and targeting.
